Geesh look at all that bread at the bottom. Bread converts directly to sugar and todays breads are not very healthy. Seems more like a diet to make someone consume more, not make them healthy.
Especially for people overweight, bread, pasta, and other poor carbs should be generally avoided or taken in moderation at the most.
What do you guys think?
