Eggs are a given and excluding them probably an oversight. If you get people to make home made meals with with the products
Mr. D. listed, they should get sufficient nutricious value and flavor-full meals. Tofu and quinoa is asking too much from the MacD generation. And their world turns without it.

Vell, we were not concerned about those living in Belgium, Rose. But "nutrient rich" without mentioning tofu or eggs?!

That is not fair, the list given is standard decent food and not all inclusive. The world does not end if you do not eat tofu or quinoa and sweet potatoes. Here in Belgium you hardly find sweet potatoes. And to list all 'good' foods would be too long. Does Mr. Drenovsky say the ingredients he mentioned cannot be home-prepared?
