Yes, about four each. But I sliced them to make it eight!

Ah well.

But then, we have still great health insurance and I rather pay tops for scallops than medical care!!

Seared scallops! Irresistible.But the price...did you buy 4 each?

No pizza, nor dead flesh for us this time.We had tagliatelle with seared scallops, an absolute luxury here at 45 Euro a kilo. Garlic, basil and good olive oil- the last dribbles from friends orchard near lake Garda. Yummy.

No flag though- I would not know which one, and it was not a holiday here anyway. Ours was last Thursday.
