Fun? Yep. Tasty? Yep. Fattening? Not so much, but it depends. Innovative, well-designed, staffed by eager young persons? All yep.
Having heard from a slew of kids that Yogurtology was "the beeeesssst," we stopped by, walked in and stood agog, at a long row of what looked like soft ice cream dispensers. To one side were assorted cookies and cakes that our guide suggested could be put in the bottom of the 16 oz containers. ( No way!) Then to the left was a lengthy setup, like a salad bar, of flavored chips, mini cheesecakes, brownie bits, fruit, chocolates, nuts, dried fruit, sunflower seeds and on an on, and in front of that were a dozen sauces/syrups/oozing delights...OMG.
Everything is weighed out, so caution is advised...sampling of frozen yogurt flavors was freely offered. Red Velvet Cake was to die for.
The design was clean, elegant--white leather sofas, stools, small tables and chairs, all with an Italian feel.
So the serving for Person #1 who mostly went with the yogurt itself came in at about $3.75. My serving which started with a modest layer of brownie bits plus walnuts, then featured RVC ( see above) plus vanilla, topped with tiny bit of dark choc chips, Oreo crumbs, and fresh strawberries, came in at $1.79. Hey!
Having paid, but having missed the MARSHMALLOW sauce, I was allowed to add some on top, just because I was new and inexperienced with the Yogurtology way. Zowie.
People: seize upon this franchising idea and spread Y-ology across the globe, pls.
Yogurt? Ice cream? What's the difference? It all taste good to me. This looks like it would be a fun business to own and operate.

Our Yogurtology celebrations are occurring frequently, but, hey, the place is new to us, and we have to keep sampling until we get it right...

Yogurtology has become a big treat with our house, sweet for the kids but healthy for mom, reasonably priced and alot of fun! We go for after school snacks and to celebrate a job well done! Yogurtology is one of our favorite spots!
