Peruvian farmer near Tungasuca constructs an oven from dirt clods gathered during the morning's potato harvest.  She heats the inside by burning the potato vines.  After pouring  in some newly dug potatoes, she collapses the oven, covers with dirt and 30 minutes later roasted potatoes are ready for lunch.
